What is your shipping policy?

We have international shipments.Our items are usually shipped free of charge. When processing an order a reasonable shipping method is usually chosen based on the size and weight of the item. Standard courier is usually used. In special cases, such as sculptures, some sculpture artwork is very large. When the longest side of the package measurement is more than 60cm (23.6in), then we will choose other special shipping methods for delivery, such as using UPS or FedEx, EMS and others. For bulk purchases, we may use Heavy Parcel Line Shipping depending on the size and weight of the item.Shipping charges may apply for oversized items.Also, for countries in the EU, some taxes may be incurred.Final shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

 

When will I get my art?

Once we receive your order, then we will do the customized processing. For in-stock items and customized items. Average prices and shipping times can be found in the table:

How will my art be packaged?

Depending on the type of item, we will carefully select the most protective way to package and ship it. For framed paintings, the four corners will be protected, and then the whole product will be wrapped and finally packed into a corrugated box; for unframed paintings, we use cylindrical tubes for packaging and delivery. For sculptures, we usually wrap them in foam, and for fragile products, we add structural protection measures and then use corrugated boxes for packaging and transportation.

 

How do I track my order?

Is my package insured?

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We generally do not support the use of P.O. Boxes. after all, in many countries P.O. Boxes do not receive all packages and do not process them for delivery in the first place. They place strict limits on the size of packages. So, in order for you to receive your order quickly and accurately, please use a street address.
